About Me

Hello.

My name is Vasudev Zaver. I am a Registrar Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgeon in the North West of England.

I graduated from The University of Manchester in 2018 with an MBChB and a Master of Research degree. I subsequently completed my Foundation Training in the East Midlands after which I returned to the North West of England as a Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgery themed Core Surgical Trainee. I am now a specialist registrar in Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgery on the Mersey surgical training rotation.

This website is a montage of my thoughts and experiences as a surgical trainee in the UK. I hope to provide a candid insight into the life of a surgical trainee through musings and reflections of my personal and professional life.
